Technological lines are designed to heat treatment of forgings or castings.
Scope of the delivery depends on required heat treatment, the capacity of the line and other demands of the customer.
Typical scope of the delivery:
» Continuous quenching furnace with the roller conveyer – nominal temperature 950 °C
» Continuous annealing furnace (isothermal box) with the roller conveyer – up to 700 °C
» Quenching tanks – water, polymer, oil with cooling unit
» Degreasing and rinsing equipment
» Cooling boxes
» Transversal conveyer
» Discharging equipment
» Accessories – switchboards, PLC, communication with PC
Standard technological operating
The charge is transported on roller bed in baskets (trays) through the quenching furnace to the required quenching tank (oil, water, polymer) to be quickly cooled.
Gas heating: components or subassemblies required in addition to the burner vary with the design and application and include gas and air piping on the furnace, burner control and safety units, main gas valve and exhaust ventilators. After cooling the charge is degreased or washed and charged to the isothermal box or annealing furnace. After annealing the charge is cooled in the box and displaced to the discharge equipment.
In this part the baskets are side-dumped and the charge can fall down to the container.
Technological line is operated by supervisory computer system.
The temperature is measured by thermocouples and recorded by means of supervisory computer system.
Electrical furnaces are heated by high quality heating elements.
